So during the process of operating business, the enterprise should have self- regulation in the face of economic profit. For example, as an automobile producer, it should deal with the relationship between the interest and environment. The company can develop technologies to reduce the level of air pollution.

In another word, self- control is very important to our life. As a student, self- regulation contributes to my efficiency of my study. However, I cannot control myself from all of the delicious food, even though they will gain my weight. Every time I determined my mind to lose weight, I was failed in self- regulation in food. I suppose if everyone has self- moderation, they can get their figure which they want. Nowadays, many young people addicted to computer games. They look it as a part of life, even neglect many important things. As we all know that playing computer games frequently can take up more time, and then we will have less time to study

overdependent on technology


Definitely, with the rapid development of technology and the extensive utilization of it in our daily lives our lives are becoming easier than before. The technology helps people to release the pressure from job and life. However, people become dependent on these technologies. For example, if there is a car, you will prefer to take a car rather than walk. There is a mobile phone, you will prefer to call your friends rather than meet them. Our survival skills are degenerated slowly. I think we should keep self regulation to use it and take use of technologies properly. We should not over dependent on it.
Currently, more and more people are addicted to internet games, texting message etc. There are some common behaviors from 1 to 5, if you are in one of them, then you should pay more attention to your addiction. What are you going to do? Please give us your good advice.

* Do you spend over 6 hours on its every time? And also you constantly are in such a situation over 3 months?

* You are beginning to do nothing else and feel void in mentality. Once you leave it behind, you could not help thinking of its. It stays in your mind every minute, and can not get rid of its. The only thing you can do that you have to spend more and more time on it and never be satisfied.

* You are easy to be frustrated and anxiety, and stop talking with your family and friends. You do not care you are staying away from them.

* You are giving up other hobbies and activities. You are not interested in them because you do not care anymore.

1. Admit you have a trouble. It could be hard, but it is the first step into overcoming your addiction.
2.Find out waht has caused your addiction.What makes World of Warcraft so appealing to you? Is it the fact that it has different continents that you will never go to? Whatever it is, try to minimize this happiness in WoW, and make it a pleasure that you could also get in every day life!
(1) Read some novels which have just as much excitement and adventure as WoW, but you can expand other skills, such as:critical thinking and vocabulary; in addition to those that interactive and game play will build.
(2) Take a martial arts class. You can kick some real butt. I think many players are very interested in the martial arts, but never study it.
3.Burn yourself out by finding the ways to cheat at World of Warcraft.
4.Give away your bags and gold (don't mail them to an alt) and delete your character.
5.Sell your account. There are many players and lazy people out there, willing to pay for an existing account. This is a great way to stop playing, because then someone else takes your character, and you won't be able to control it any longer. This is a nice way to quit, but not stop addiction.
6.Understand that you can have the best of both worlds. Set movie nights and friends night get a girlfriend or boyfriend that does not play World of Warcraft.
